Effect of Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Meridian Scraping Based on the Meridian Flow Theory and Pain Nursing Intervention for Lumbar Disc Herniation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Based on Meridian Flow Theory

目的:分析气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)接受基于子午流注理论的腕踝针联合循经刮痧法配合疼痛护理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)推拿科收治的气滞血瘀型LDH患者60例为研究对象,基于随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。两组均接受疼痛护理干预,对照组采用常规腕踝针和循经刮痧法治疗,研究组采用基于子午流注理论的脚踝针联合循经刮痧法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、应用效果。结果:研究组临床疗效有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗前,两组患者日本骨科协会腰痛评价量表(JOA)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3个月,两组JOA评分升高,VAS、SAS评分降低,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将基于子午流注理论的脚踝针联合循经刮痧法配合疼痛护理干预模式应用于气滞血瘀型LDH患者疾病治疗中,临床疗效好,可改善腰椎功能,调节疼痛程度与心理状态。

Objective:To analyze the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with meridian scraping therapy based on the me-ridian flow theory combined with pain nursing intervention for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type LDH treated in Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Chi-nese Medicine(Longgang)from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into con-trol group and study group based on random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.Both groups received pain nurs-ing intervention,the control group was treated with conventional wrist-ankle acupuncture and meridian scraping,and the study group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined meridian scraping based on meridian flow theory.The clinical efficacy and application effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Japanese orthopaedic association low back pain evaluation scale(JOA),visual analogue scale(VAS)and self-rating anxi-ety scale(SAS)between the two groups(P>0.05);After 1 and 3 months of treatment,JOA scores increased,VAS and SAS scores decreased,the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with meridian scraping and pain nursing intervention mode based on the meridian flow theory were applied to the treatment of LDH patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis.The clinical effect was good,and it could im-prove the function of lumbar spine and regulate the pain degree and psychological state.
