厚膜汤联合雷火灸治疗肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症的效果

Effect of Houmo Decoction Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion on Thin Endometrial Infertility of Kidney Defi-ciency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探讨厚膜汤联合雷火灸治疗肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月贵港市中西医结合骨科医院收治的肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者78例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各39例。对照组采用雷火灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予厚膜汤治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、自然妊娠率及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组畏寒肢冷、腰膝酸软、疲倦乏力、月经量少/闭经评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果总有效率、自然妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者时,采用厚膜汤联合雷火灸治疗方案,可提高临床治疗效果及自然妊娠率,改善临床症状及子宫内膜厚度。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Houmo decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion on thin endo-metrial infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type thin endometrial infertility admitted to Guigang Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with Houmo decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,endometrial thickness,natural pregnancy rate and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,cold limbs,waist and knee pain,fatigue and fatigue,oligomenorrhea/amenorrhea scores were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate and natural pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type thin endometrial infertility,the combination of Houmo decoction and thunder fire moxi-bustion can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and natural pregnancy rate,improve clinical symptoms and endometrial thickness.
