大剂量防己黄芪心衰方治疗慢性心力衰竭心阳虚衰证的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Large Dose Fangji Huangqi Xinshuai Prescription in Treating Heart-yang Defi-ciency Syndrome of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察大剂量防己黄芪心衰方治疗慢性心力衰竭心阳虚衰证的临床效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年8月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的慢性心力衰竭心阳虚衰证患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予大剂量防己黄芪心衰方治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组心悸、气短、疲倦乏力、胸闷、气喘及咳嗽评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用大剂量防己黄芪心衰方治疗慢性心力衰竭心阳虚衰证,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高疗效,治疗安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of large dose Fangji Huangqi Xinshuai prescription on patients with chronic heart failure syndrome of heart-yang deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic heart failure with heart-yang deficiency syn-drome admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was given large dose of Fangji Huangqi Xinshuai prescription on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,therapeutic effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treat-ment,the scores of palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,chest tightness,asthma and cough in 2 groups were lower than before treat-ment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The appli-cation of large dose Fangji Huangqi Xinshuai prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure syndrome of heart-yang defi-ciency can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the curative effect,and the treatment safety is high.
