茵陈蒿汤合大柴胡汤加减对胆囊结石术后患者预后的影响

Effect of Yinchenhao Decoction Combined with Dachaihu Decoction on Prognosis of Patients with Cholecystolithiasis

目的:观察茵陈蒿汤合大柴胡汤加减对胆囊结石术后患者预后的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年7月仁怀市中医院收治的胆囊结石肝胆湿热证患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组术后予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服茵陈蒿汤合大柴胡汤加减治疗。比较两组并发症发生率、肝功能水平、炎性指标。结果:治疗组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、直接胆红素、总胆红素水平均降低,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比均降低,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服茵陈蒿汤合大柴胡汤加减有助于改善胆囊结石术后患者的预后,可减少并发症,改善炎性指标及肝功能,促进患者病情康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Dachaihu Decoction on prognosis of pa-tients with cholecystolithiasis after operation.Methods:Sixty patients with gallstone liver-gallbladder dampness-heat syn-drome admitted to Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment after operation,and the treatment group was treated with Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Dachaihu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The complication rate,liver function level and inflammatory index were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);After treatment,the levels of glutalanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,direct bilirubin and total bilirubin in 2 groups were decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage were decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Oral Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Dachaihu Decoction can improve the prognosis of patients with cholecystoli-thiasis after operation,reduce complications,improve inflammatory indexes and liver function indexes,and promote the recov-ery of patients.
