快速康复护理对骨折患者疼痛程度及功能恢复的影响研究

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Pain Degree and Functional Recovery of Patients with Fracture

目的:分析快速康复护理对骨折患者疼痛程度及功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2023年2—6月太仓市沙溪人民医院收治的骨折患者38例作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各19例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复护理。观察两组患者疼痛、生活质量、临床疗效。结果:护理后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法评分均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:快速康复护理可以减轻骨折患者疼痛程度,促进患者功能恢复,提高生活质量,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on pain degree and functional recovery of fracture pa-tients.Methods:A total of thirty-eight patients with fracture treated in Taicang Shaxi People's Hospital from February to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with nineteen patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The pain,quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:After nursing,the score of visual analog score in two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,vital-ity,social function,emotional function and mental health of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can reduce the pain degree of fracture patients,speed up the functional recovery of patients,improve the quality of life,clinical effica-cy is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
