焦点式心理干预对脊柱创伤患者心理应激及生活质量的影响

Effect of Focused Psychological Intervention on Psychological Stress and Quality of Life in Patients with SpinalTrauma

目的:探讨焦点式心理干预(FPI)对脊柱创伤患者心理应激及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月咸宁市中心医院收治的脊柱创伤患者160例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各80例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施FPI。比较两组患者干预前与干预1个月后心理状态、应激水平及生活质量。结果:干预后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者应激评价量表、应激感受量表评分均下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者生理、心理、社会、环境评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FPI在脊柱创伤患者中的应用效果较好,可有效改善其心理状态,降低应激水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of focused psychological intervention(FPI)on psychological stress and quality of life in patients with spinal trauma.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty patients with spinal trauma admitted to Xianning Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with eighty patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with FPI.The psychological state,stress level and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and one month after intervention.Results:After intervention,anxiety and depression scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After interven-tion,the scores of stress assessment scale and stress perception scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was low-er than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of FPI in patients with spinal trauma is good,which can effectively improve their psychological state,reduce the stress level and improve the quality of life of patients.
