卒中单元院前急救流程对提高急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓效果的分析

Analysis of Pre-hospital Emergency Procedures of Stroke Unit to Improve the Efficacy of Intravenous Thrombolysis in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者在救治过程中实施卒中单元院前急救流程干预的临床价值。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年2月广西壮族自治区脑科医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例为观察对象,根据院前救治模式不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规院前急诊救治,观察组实施卒中单元院前急救流程干预。比较两组护理结局。结果:观察组现场处置时间、院前转运时间、院内救治时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);护理后,两组神经肽Y、同型半胱氨酸、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、中枢神经特异性蛋白100β水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者在救治过程中实施卒中单元院前急救流程干预效果显著,可缩短急救时间,改善神经功能指标,并发症较少,从而提高静脉溶栓效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of pre-hospital emergency procedure intervention in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods:Eighty patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region brain Hospital from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different pre-hospital treatment modes,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine pre-hospital emergency treatment,and the observation group received pre-hospital emergency treatment intervention in stroke unit.The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The on-site treatment time,pre-hospital transport time,in-hospital treatment time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);After nursing,the levels of neuropeptide Y,homocyste-ine,neuron-specific enolase and central nerve specific protein 100βwere decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute ischemic stroke pa-tients,the intervention effect of pre-hospital emergency treatment procedure of stroke unit is significant,which can shorten the emergency time,improve the neurological function index,and reduce complications,so as to improve the effect of intravenous thrombolysis.
