2015-2022年广东省汕头市布鲁菌病流行特征分析

Epidemic Characteristics of Brucellosis in Shantou City,Guangdong Province from 2015 to 2022

目的:了解2015—2022年广东省汕头市布鲁菌病的流行特征,为疫情防控提供参考。方法:对2015年1月—2022年12月广东省汕头市布鲁菌病的流行概况、时间分布、地区分布、人群分布、聚集性疫情、报告病例机构、临床特征及感染途径等展开分析。结果:汕头市2015—2022年共报告布鲁氏菌病患者135例,平均每年发病率为0.135/10万,无病死患者,8年间发病率呈逐年升高的趋势。汕头市135例患者均出现不同程度的发热、出汗、乏力、肌肉关节痛及淋巴结或肝脾肿大等症状,有80.00%患者存在明确动物接触史,且均未采取任何有效防护措施。结论:2015—2022年广东省汕头市布鲁菌病发病率呈逐年升高的趋势,在春夏季、男性、中年及农民等群体中的发病率较高,需积极落实布鲁菌病的监测任务,提高疫情防控力度。

Objective:To understand the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Shantou City,Guangdong Province from 2015 to 2022,and to provide reference for epidemic prevention and control.Methods:The epidemiological situation,time distribution,regional distribution,population distribution,cluster epidemic,reporting institutions,clinical characteristics and infection routes of brucellosis in Shantou City,Guangdong Province from January 2015 to December 2022 were analyzed.Results:A total of 135 cases of brucellosis were reported in Shantou City from 2015 to 2022,with an average annual incidence of 0.135/100,000 and no deaths.The incidence showed an increasing trend year by year in the past 8 years;All 135 patients in Shantou City had fever,sweating,fatigue,muscle and joint pain,lymph node or liver and spleen enlargement and other symptoms of different degrees;80.00%of patients had a clear history of animal contact,and none of them took any effective protective measures.Conclusion:From 2015 to 2022,the incidence of brucellosis in Shantou,Guangdong Province,showed an increasing trend year by year,and the incidence was relatively high in spring and summer,men,middle-aged people and farmers.It is necessary to actively imple-ment brucellosis surveillance tasks and improve epidemic prevention and control efforts.
