PDCA循环用于消毒供应室护理管理中的效果分析

Effect of PDCA Cycle in Nursing Management of Disinfection Supply Room

目的:研究消毒供应室开展PDCA循环护理管理的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月广元市中心医院消毒供应室的工作人员29名作为研究对象,2021年未采取PDCA循环管理为对照组,2022年采取PDCA循环管理为研究组,两组各纳入手术器械100件。对照组采用常规护理管理,研究组采用PDCA循环护理管理。观察两组消毒供应室护理质量评分、安全识别能力评分、护理风险意识评分、消毒灭菌合格率、手术器械不良事件发生率、各科室对消毒供应室的满意率。结果:研究组回收管理、清洗管理、消毒管理、灭菌管理、发放管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);研究组安全识别能力评分、护理风险意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);研究组消毒灭菌合格率高于对照组,手术器械不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果显著,有利于提高工作人员护理质量、安全识别能力、护理风险意识及对消毒供应室工作的满意度,提高手术器械消毒灭菌合格率,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To study the effect of PDCA cycle nursing management in disinfection supply room.Methods:A total of twenty-nine staff members from the disinfection supply room of Guangyuan Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The control group did not take PDCA cycle management in 2021,and the study group took PD-CA cycle management in 2022.Each group included one hundred surgical instruments.The control group adopted routine nursing management,and the study group adopted PDCA cycle nursing management.The nursing quality score,safety recognition ability score,nursing risk awareness score,qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,incidence of adverse events of surgical instru-ments and satisfaction rate of each department to disinfection and supply room were observed in the two groups.Results:The scores of recovery management,cleaning management,disinfection management,sterilization management and distribution man-agement of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);The score of safety recognition ability and nursing risk awareness in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events of surgical instruments was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply room is significant,which is conducive to improving the nursing quality,safety identification ability,nursing risk awareness and satisfaction with the work of disinfection supply room,improving the qualified rate of disinfection and steriliza-tion of surgical instruments,and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
