基于目标定尺的双偏心摆式飞剪机控制参数计算

摘要 研究了双偏心摆式飞剪连续定尺剪切原理,建立了目标定尺长度计算模型,形成比较完善的基于目标定尺长度的双偏心摆式飞剪传动控制参数计算方法。设定曲轴转动角速度曲线,建立速度方程式,解析求解得到曲轴转动角速度,从而得到角加速度、加减速时间、匀速转动角速度、匀速运行保持时间等控制参数。并通过某汽车板连续镀锌机组的双偏心摆式飞剪机进行编制程序和控制计算验证,计算速度快,精度高,完全满足工程需要。 In this paper,the constant shear principle of the double eccentric pendulum flying shear is studied in depth,and the calculation model of the target cut length is established,and the driving control parameter calculation method of double eccentric pendulum flying shear based on target cut length is formed.Set the crankshaft rotation angular velocity curve,establish the velocity equation,and the crankshaft rotation angular velocity is analyzed and solved.The control parameters such as angular acceleration,acceleration and deceleration time,uniform rotation angular velocity,and uniform operation holding time are obtained.Through programming and control calculation verification for the double eccentric pendulum flying shear machine of a continuous galvanizing unit for automotive plate,the calculation speed is fast and the precision is high,it can meet the engineering requirement completely.
