摘要
某生产线超大超重物料在生产转运过程中工况要求非常高,特别是要求行走驱动系统稳定可靠且能耗低装机功率小。通过对比分析传统常用的比例阀控马达同步行走液压系统和闭式泵控多马达行走液压系统原理和技术特点,最终以闭式泵控多马达行走液压系统作为生产线试验台实验对象,对其加载和停止过程中马达进出油口压力进行了试验研究,为未来闭式泵控多马达行走液压系统在重载转运设备的批量生产使用提供指导。
The working conditions requires very high in a certain production line for oversized and overweight materials during production and transportation,especially for walking drive systems require stability,reliability,low energy consumption,and low installed power.This article compares and analyzes the principles and technical characteristics of traditional commonly used proportional valve controlled motor synchronous walking hydraulic systems and closed pump controlled multi motor walking hydraulic systems.Taking the closed pump-controlled multi-motor hydraulic system as the experimental object of the production line test bench,the oil pressure of motor inlet and outlet are researched during the loading and stopping process of the motor,which provides guidance for the mass production and use of the closed-type pump-controlled multi-motor walking hydraulic system of super-large overweight transfer equipment.
