中国式都市区化中乡村旅游高质量发展略论

On the high quality development of rural tourism inChinese metropolitanization

立足中国式现代化理论,反思中国城镇化的历史进程,该文建构了中国式都市区化概念,并视之为中国式现代化最为重要也最具代表性的空间实践形式.在探索中国式都市区化进程中乡村变迁机理与走向的基础上,该文分析了中国式都市区化中乡村旅游发展的特殊性,包括深度休闲化、资本驱动的“双轮”化和包容乡村性的旅游城镇化,进而提出“旅游乡村”的概念,确立了乡村遗产依赖型、景区毗邻依托型、市场化投资型、小城镇规划型等四种旅游乡村建设的主要形式,并对其发展关键点、政策扶持要点和动态监测评估重点分别予以论述,以求助推乡村旅游的转型升级和高质量发展.

Based on the theory of Chinese modernization and reflecting on the historical process of China s urbanization,in this paper,the concept of Chinese metropolitanization were constructed,which is regarded as the most important and representative form of spatial practice of Chinese modernization.On the basis of exploring the mechanism and direction of rural transformation in the process of Chinese metropolitanization,the particularity of rural tourism development in Chinese metropolitanization were analyzed,including serious leisure,capital driven“dual wheel”transformation,and inclusive rural tourism urbanization.Furthermore,the concept of“tourism village”is proposed,and four basic forms are established:rural heritage dependence,scenic area proximity dependence,market-oriented investment,and small town planning.And the key points of its development,policy support,and dynamic monitoring and evaluation were discussed separately,in order to seek help promote the transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of rural tourism.
