摘要
I/F自动化测试系统用于对加表I/F板(或陀螺I/F板)的线性度测试和老炼测试,系统由硬件电路设备和上位机软件构成。上位机软件采用Labview2012编写,具有参数设置、实时测试、自动报警断电、数据存储及生成报表等功能。经测试,系统测试稳定可靠,精度符合要求,软件设计友好,实现测试自动化,节省人力,提高测试效率。
The I/F automated test system is used for linearity testing and sophisticated testing of the table I/F board(or gyro I/F board),and the system is composed of hardware circuit equipment and host computer software.The host computer software is written in Labview2012,with parameter setting,real-time testing,automatic alarm power failure,data storage and report generation.Testing shows that the system test is stable and reliable and the accuracy meets the requirements.Furthermore,the software design is friendly and the test automation is realized,by which the manpower is saved and the test efficiency is improved.
