“亲其师,信其道”:谈心谈话的心理育人价值实现路径研究

Realization of Psychological Education Value by Heart-to-heart Talk

谈心谈话是高校辅导员履行岗位职责的基本要求,也是心理育人的重要路径。本研究通过查阅高校思想政治教育的相关政策文件和梳理近年高校辅导员谈心谈话的相关研究,结合与专家辅导员的访谈结果,汲取当前研究中的人本主义、焦点解决、教练技术、积极心理学流派的核心思想,结合心理咨询的基本技术,提炼出通俗易懂、便于掌握的五大基本方法和技术,构建谈心谈话的心理育人价值实现路径,即:倾听需求、抚慰情绪、赋能提问以实现“亲其师”,积极回应、诚恳说服以实现“信其道”,以期为提升高校辅导员谈心谈话工作的实效性提供参考。

Heart-to-heart talk is not only the basic requirement for college advisors to fulfill their job responsibilities,but also an important way of psychological education.Based on the policy documents of the ideological and political education,relevant research in recent years and interviews with expert advisors,this study focuses on the humanism,problem solutions,the tutoring techniques and the core idea of positive psychology schools.Combined with the basic skills of counseling,this study suggests five basic methods and techniques,constructing path for realization of the heart-to-heart talk psychological education value,namely:listening to their needs,soothing their emotions,asking questions in order to be close to advisors,and positive response,sincere convincing to achieve faith,so as to provide references for college advisors.
