Construction and Application of Evaluation Model for the Operational Status of Electromechanical Equipment Based on Intelligent Evaluation Technology

摘要 为提高机电设备先兆故障诊断效率和运行稳定性,提出采用智能评估技术构建煤矿机电设备运行状态评价模型,通过获取故障数据、运行状态数据,选取设备运行评价指标,并结合设备额定参数以及专家系统,对设备运行状态劣化程度进行计算。同时,引入层次分析法,确定机电设备运行状态评价等级,并通过引入“劣化度”模型,计算设备运行过程中相关指标与设备良好运行状态间差距,以实现对煤矿机电设备运行状态的智能评价。以新矿集团内蒙能源长城三矿所使用的MG450/1050-WDK型交流电牵引采煤机作为验证对象,结果显示,将基于智能评估技术的设备运行状态评价方法运用到电牵引采煤机运行状态评价中,评价结果可靠性高,对提高机电设备运行效率具有一定帮助,具体应用时建议根据煤矿以及机电设备型号设计评价指标。 To improve the efficiency and operational stability of harbinger fault diagnosis for electromechanical equipment,it is proposed to use intelligent evaluation technology to construct a coal mine electromechanical equipment operation status evaluation model.By obtaining fault data and operation status data,equipment operation evaluation indicators are selected,and combined with equipment rated parameters and expert systems,the deterioration degree of equipment operation status is calculated.At the same time,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is introduced to determine the evaluation level of the operation status of electromechanical equipment,and the"deterioration degree"model is introduced to calculate the gap between relevant indicators during equipment operation process and the good operation status of the equipment,in order to achieve intelligent evaluation of the operation status of electromechanical equipment in coal mines.The MG450/1050-WDK type AC electric traction shearer used by the Inner Mongolia Energy Changcheng No.3 Mine of Xinkuang Group is used as the validation object.The results show that the application of the intelligent evaluation technology based equipment operation status evaluation method to the electric traction shearer operation status evaluation has high reliability and is helpful for improving the operation efficiency of electromechanical equipment.It is recommended to design evaluation indicators based on the coal mine and the model of electromechanical equipment during specific application.
