托克逊昭和泉煤矿一号井矿山地质环境现状及土地复垦措施

摘要 针对矿区内主要存在地质灾害、含水层破坏、地形地貌破坏及土地损毁问题,为实现矿山地质环境和土地利用的有效保护与恢复治理,以及为矿山土地复垦及地质环境治理的实施管理提供依据,最大限度地减轻矿业活动对地质环境及土地利用的影响,在充分收集、综合分析建设项目相关资料的基础上,确定调查范围,开展矿山地质环境现状和土地资源调查,进行矿山地质环境影响和土地损毁评估,对矿山地质环境保护与恢复治理分区和土地复垦范围确定,制定恢复治理措施和复垦措施,提出保护和预防、恢复治理工程方案,通过拆除、削高填低手段对地质环境进行恢复。研究表明,矿区土地生态环境治理取得显著成效。 In view of the main problems of geological disasters,aquifer destruction,topography and geomorphology destruction and land damage existing in the mining area.In order to realize the effective protection of mine geological environment and land use and restore governance,as well as provide bases for the implementation and management of mine land reclamation and geological environment governance,and to minimize the impact of mining activities on the geological environment and land use.On the basis of sufficient collection and comprehensive analysis of relevant data on construction projects,determine the scope of investigation,carry out investigations on the mine geological environment current situation and land resources,conduct assessments of the mine geological environment impact and land damage,determine the zoning of mine geological environment protection and restoration governance,and the scope of land reclamation,formulate restoration governance measures and reclamation measures,propose protection,prevention,and restoration governance engineering schemes,restore the geological environment by means of demolition,cutting high and filling low.The research shows that the governance of land ecological environment in mining areas achieves significant achievements.
