ICP-MS在工业领域金属元素检测中的应用研究进展

摘要 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)是一种基于电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)和质谱法(MS)的综合性分析检测技术,拥有较低检出限、高灵敏度、分析速度快、可同时检测多种金属元素等优势,在工业样品金属元素检测方面具有广阔的应用前景。文章对近年来ICP-MS在工业领域的金属元素分析检测相关文献进行梳理,报道了其在合金、半导体、矿石、水资源、食品、日化品以及药品等方面较为新颖的研究成果,为工业领域中金属元素杂质检测方法的开发提供借鉴。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is a comprehensive analytical detection technology based on Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and mass spectrometry(MS),which has broad application prospects in the detection of heavy metals in samples.ICP-MS detection technology has advantages such as low detection limit,high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,and the ability to simultaneously detect multiple heavy metal elements.This article reviews the literature on the analysis and detection of ICP-MS in the industrial field in recent years,and reports on its relatively novel research results in alloys,semiconductors,minerals,water resources,food,daily chemicals,and pharmaceuticals,aiming to provide reference for the development and application of ICP-MS technology.
