固体料仓仓壳圆筒物料载荷修正系数的确定

摘要 散粒体物料的受力平衡是一个非常复杂的问题,目前还没有任何一种理论方法能够完全包括所有的影响因素。文章在NB/T 47003.2—2009的基础上,通过大量的工程计算,给出仓壳圆筒的动载荷修正系数,充分考虑装卸料过程、物料垮塌等工况的影响,可提高设计安全性。 The force balance of granular materials was a very complex problem.At present,there was no theoretical method including all the influencing factors.In this paper,through the comparison of domestic and foreign standards,combined with a lot of theoretical calculation and engineering experience analysis,the overpressure factors suitable for the metal welded cylinder silo designed per NB/T 47003.2—2009 were given to improve the design safety,which covered filling and discharge,material collapse etc.conditions.
