摘要
MSR系统蒸汽调节阀长期处于高温、高压、变工况的恶劣工况下,极易出现内件冲蚀、振动及噪音。为了指导汽水分离系统蒸汽调节阀的研发工作,采用CFD作为辅助手段对阀体和套筒型面结构不同的两套设计方案分别进行了流场仿真计算,分析流场的流线分布,判断其流通能力、流量特性及斜率偏差是否满足设计输入要求。并借助流量特性试验对仿真和试验结果进行了对比,结果表明,仿真误差在允许范围内,仿真结果可信。方案二阀门的流通能力、流量特性、斜率偏差均能满足设计输入要求,且能同时满足设计输入中3个运行工况下的调节需求。
MSR system steam control valve in high temperature,high pressure,variable working conditions for a long time,easy to appear internal erosion,vibration and noise.In order to guide the research and development of steam regulating valve of steam water separation system,CFD is used as an auxiliary means to carry out flow field simulation calculation for two sets of design schemes with different structure of valve body and sleeve surface respectively,analyze the flow line distribution of flow field,and judge whether its flow capacity,flow characteristics and slope deviation meet the design input requirements.The simulation and test results are compared by the flow characteristic test.The results show that the simulation error is within the allowable range and the simulation results are credible.The flow capacity,flow characteristics and slope deviation of the valve in Scheme 2 can all meet the design input requirements,and can simultaneously meet the adjustment requirements of the three operating conditions in the design input.
