数智化赋能老年教育治理的逻辑机理、困境与策略研究

摘要 数智化已经成为促进老年教育治理转型的重要手段。数智化赋能老年教育治理,有助于不断优化治理结构、丰富治理主体类型、拓展治理边界与更新治理规则。数智化赋能老年教育治理的价值逻辑主要体现在塑造数智化思维、重构价值认知、超越技术理性和实现特色发展。当前,数智化赋能老年教育治理面临制度保障欠缺、技术研究能力薄弱、“依数治理”的数据信息存在风险等问题,我们必须面对“技治主义”忽视主体需求的挑战。数智化赋能老年教育治理需进一步完善制度保障,提升技术研究能力,推动老年教育的协同治理,以彰显“为人”的老年教育治理价值。 Digital intelligence has become an important means to promote the transformation of education governance for the elderly.Digital intelligence empowers the governance of elderly education,which helps to continuously optimize the governance structure,enrich the types of governance subject,expand the governance boundary and update the governance rules.The value logic of digital intelligence empowering the governance of elderly education is mainly reflected in shaping digital intelligence thinking,reconstructing value cognition,transcending technical rationality and realizing characteristic development.At present,digital intelligence empowering the governance of elderly education faces problems such as lack of institutional guarantee,the weak research ability of digital intelligence technology,the risks in data information of“number-based governance”.Therefore,it is necessary to face the challenge of“technicalism”,ignoring the needs of the subject.It is necessary to further improve the institutional guarantee,enhance the ability of technical research,and promote the collaborative governance of elderly education,so as to highlight the value of“being human”in the governance of elderly education.
