“产教一体化”视域下新西兰职业教育改革探析 被引量:1

摘要 在高技能人才需求扩大、国家文化软实力竞争激烈、终身教育理念深入人心的背景下,新西兰职业教育迎来发展的新机遇,但同时也因其二元化人才培养模式、行业标准制定的主体单一使其陷入人才培养难以满足行业需求的困境中。在新一轮职业教育改革中,新西兰致力于推动职业教育产教一体化发展,通过设立劳动力发展委员会等机构,构建起一个系统的职业教育体系。为了加快构建中国式现代化职业教育体系,培养高素质技术技能人才,借鉴新西兰的改革经验,我国应通过加大地方政府的政策执行力度、充分发挥行业协会的枢纽作用、构建校企合作互惠机制等措施加快产教融合进程,助力职业教育高质量发展。 Under the backgrounds of the expansion of the demand for high-skilled talents,the fierce competition of national cultural soft power,and the concept of lifelong education that deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,New Zealand’s vocational education has ushered in new opportunities for development,but it has fallen into the dilemma that talent training is difficult to meet the needs of the industry at the same time,due to its dualistic talent training model and single subject of industry standard formulation.In the new round of vocational education reform,New Zealand is committed to promoting the integrated development of production and vocational education,and building a systematic vocational education system through the establishment of the Workforce Development Councils and other institutions.In order to accelerate the construction of a Chinese-style modern vocational education system,cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel,and learn from New Zealand’s reform experience,China should accelerate the process of production-education integration to help the high-quality development of vocational education by strengthening the policy implementation of local governments,giving full play to the pivotal role of industry associations,and building a mutually beneficial mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation.
