摘要
高能混合粒子场是一种地面模拟太空辐射的新型电离辐射。突变体库是创制新材料、解析基因功能的重要材料基础。采用78.1 Gy的高能混合粒子场辐射处理扬麦18种子15 000粒,M_(1)代致死率为46.76%,在M_(2)代获得7 986株成熟单株。经筛选得到451株突变体,包括叶部、株型、穗部、生育期、抗病性和籽粒6种突变类型,总突变频率为5.65%,这些材料为小麦基因功能研究和新种质创制提供了重要的材料基础。
The mixed high-energy particle field is a new type of ionizing radiation which simulates space radiation on the ground.Mutant library is an important material basis for creating new materials and analyzing gene function.In this study,15000 seeds of Yangmai 18 were treated with 78.1 Gy mixed high-energy particle field radiation.The fatality rate was 46.76%in M_(1) generation,and 7986 mature individual plants were obtained in M_(2) generation.The 451 mutant plants were selected,including 6 mutant types:leaf type,plant type,ear,growth period,disease resistance and grain,with mutation frequency of 5.65%.These materials provide important material basis for gene function research and new germplasm creation in wheat.
