大健康视域下中医药文化教育实践探索——以人大附中为例

Exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Education Practice from the Perspective of Great Health:Taking RDFZ as an Example

在普通高中开展中医药文化教育,是落实习近平总书记建设“健康中国”的必要手段。人大附中一直关注并切实推进中医药文化进校园,实施了各项举措:在德育工作中,展开包括中药香囊缝制、大山楂丸制备等中医主题班会;在课程建设中,开设中医基础与保健常识、中医科技课程、中草药种植等课程;在社团文化建设中,举办知识大赛、讲座等活动。同时,学校组织专家学者共同开发中医手法读本《中学生中医手法保健》。通过诸如此类的课程、活动和讲座,让学生理解中医、爱上中医,这不仅有利于发展民族文化自信,更有利于中华优秀传统文化的传承和发扬。

Carrying out traditional Chinese medicine cultural education in ordinary high schools is a necessary means to implement the construction of a"Healthy China"proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.The High School Affiliated to Renmin University(RDFZ)has always been paying attention to and effectively promoting the integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the campus,and has implemented various measures.In moral education work,traditional Chinese medicine themed class meetings have been held,including the sewing of traditional Chinese medicine sachets and the preparation of large hawthorn pills.In the course construction,courses such as Traditional Chinese Medicine Fundamentals and Health Knowledge,Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology,and Chinese Herbal Planting are offered.In the construction of club culture,organize knowledge competitions,lectures,and other activities.At the same time,the school organized experts and scholars to jointly develop a textbook on traditional Chinese medicine techniques for middle school students.Through such courses,activities,and lectures,students can understand and get interested in traditional Chinese medicine.This is not only beneficial for developing national cultural confidence,but also for the inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
