基于心、肾论治的中医理论治疗阿尔茨海默病探究

An Exploration of the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease Based on the Theory of Traditional Chinese Mdicine Bsed on the Teatment of Hart and Kdney

阿尔茨海默病是一种进行性发展的神经系统退行性疾病,以逐渐恶化的认知功能障碍和人格精神行为异常为主要临床特征。随着人类社会老龄化趋势发展,阿尔茨海默病的发病率也逐年上升。以心肾论治的中医理论为基础,从心、肾二脏与阿尔茨海默病的病因联系论证,从病机、治疗法则方面进行相关研究,并结合病例举隅,指出心肾亏虚、心肾不交是阿尔茨海默病的主要病因,提出在临床应用中要着重把握“养血益精,调补心肾”的治疗原则,推动中医药在防治阿尔茨海默病中的积极应用。

Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by worsening cognitive impairment and personality and behavioral abnormalities.With the development of the aging trend of human society,the incidence rate of Alzheimer’s disease is also increasing year by year.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of treating Alzheimer’s disease with the theory of heart and kidney,the author demonstrates the relationship between the heart and kidney organs and the etiology of Alzheimer’s disease.The author elaborates on the pathogenesis and treatment rules,and combines case examples to point out that the main causes of Alzheimer’s disease are heart and kidney deficiency and heart kidney mismatch.Therefore,in clinical application,the author emphasizes the treatment principle of“nourishing blood and essence,regulating and tonifying the heart and kidney”,promote the active application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
