胸腔镜辅助内固定术与传统手术方法治疗肋骨骨折的效果比较研究

A Study on the Effect of Thoracoscopic Assisted Internal Fixation and Traditional Surgery in the Treatment of Rib Fractures

探究罹患肋骨骨折的患者临床治疗中采用胸腔镜辅助内固定手术治疗以及传统手术治疗的效果。选取黔西南州人民医院于2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例,其中对照组采用传统手术治疗,研究组采用胸腔镜辅助内固定手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,研究组手术中出血量、手术后引流量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间、疼痛时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,且超敏C反应蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组主动翻身、坐位进餐、早期下床活动、咳痰改善、镇痛明显等占比均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者FEV1水平、FVC水平均上升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,相较于传统手术治疗,胸腔镜辅助内固定手术治疗肋骨骨折患者效果更明显,可显著稳定患者肺功能指标,促进患者手术恢复,可缩短患者术后恢复时间。

Explore the eff ectiveness of thoracoscopic assisted internal fixation surgery and traditional surgical treatment in the clinical treatment of patients with rib fractures.80 patients with rib fractures admitted to Qianxinan People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional surgical treatment,while the study group received thoracoscopic assisted internal fi xation surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the bleeding volume during surgery and postoperative drainage volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the surgical time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization time and pain duration of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,and the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The proportion of active turning over,sitting for meals,early bed activity,improved sputum production,and significant pain relief in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FVC in both groups of patients increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that compared to traditional surgical treatment,thoracoscopic assisted internal fixation surgery is more effective in treating rib fractures in patients.It can significantly stabilize lung function indicators,promote surgical recovery,and shorten postoperative recovery time for patients.
