协同护理模式对间质性肺病激素治疗患者的自我护理能力影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Collaborative Nursing Model on Self-care Ability of Patients with Interstitial Lung Disease Treated with Steroids

分析协同护理模式对间质性肺病激素治疗患者自我护理能力的影响。选取太仓市第一人民医院呼吸科2020年1月—2023年3月收治的81例间质性肺病激素治疗患者为研究对象,以随机字母表分组方式将患者分为研究组(n=41)和比对组(n=40),给予比对组患者一般护理模式,给予研究组患者协同护理模式,比较两组患者的自护能力评分、生活质量评分和护理满意率。结果显示,研究组健康知识掌握程度、自护技能、自我概念、自我责任等自护能力评分均高于比对组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组社会功能、情感职能、生理功能及精神健康等生活质量评分均高于比对组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意率高于比对组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,协同护理模式可增强间质性肺病激素治疗患者自我护理能力,具有临床推广价值。

Analyze the impact of collaborative nursing mode on self-care ability of patients with interstitial lung disease treated with steroids.81 patients with interstitial lung disease treated with steroids were selected from the Respiratory Department of the First People’s Hospital of Taicang City from January 2020 to March 2023 as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a study group(n=41)and a control group(n=40)using a random alphabet grouping method.The control group was given a general nursing mode and the study group was given a collaborative nursing mode.The self-care ability score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the study group had higher scores on self-care abilities such as health knowledge mastery,self-care skills,self-concept,and self-responsibility compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of social function,emotional function,physiological function,and mental health in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that the collaborative nursing model can enhance the self-care ability of patients with interstitial lung disease treated with steroids,and has clinical promotion value.
