系统化干预护理对血液内科PICC带管出院患者预后效果的影响探究

Exploration of the Impact of Systematic Intervention Nursing on the Prognosis of Discharged Patients with PICC Tube in Hematology Department

探究血液内科PICC带管出院患者实施系统化干预护理的临床效果。选取治疗时间为2021年11月—2023年5月的136例血液内科PICC带管患者,以简单随机化的方式,分为两组:观察组患者68例、对照组患者68例。对照组患者实施常规的护理模式,而观察组患者实施系统化干预护理方式。将所有患者的依从性、自我护理能力、护理满意度和并发症等基本情况进行比对。研究发现,血液内科PICC带管出院患者实施系统化干预护理的临床效果显著,可以增强患者出院之后对护理的依从性,提高患者自我护理能力评分,还可降低产生并发症的概率,从而提升患者对护理的满意度,该护理模式值得推广与应用。

Exploring the clinical effects of implementing systematic intervention nursing for discharged patients with PICC catheterization in hematology.136 patients with PICC catheterization in the hematology department were selected,and their hospitalization treatment period was from November 2021 to May 2023.The patients participating in this study were randomly divided into two groups using a simple randomization method:68 patients in the observation group and 68 patients in the control group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received systematic intervention nursing care.Compare the basic information of compliance,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction,and complications of all patients.A study has found that implementing systematic intervention nursing for discharged patients with PICC catheterization in the hematology department has a signifi cant clinical effect.It can enhance patient compliance with nursing after discharge,improve patient self-care ability scores,reduce the probability of complications,and thus improve patient satisfaction with nursing.This nursing model is worth promoting and applying.
