现阶段检察机关在侦查司法工作人员职务犯罪的过程中,面临一些问题和阻力,主要包括线索发现与评估机制不全、侦查协作与衔接配合不力、侦查技术与数据应用不强、侦查人员流失与培养不足等。发挥检察侦查一体化的优势,解决检察机关在司法工作人员职务犯罪侦查中所面临的困境难题,实现惩戒打击职务犯罪的目标,可以从组织机构一体化、运行模式一体化、数据共享一体化、办案手段科技化、侦查人员专业化等方面采取针对性的措施。

After the reform of supervision system,the functions of procuratorial organs have been adjusted,and the authority of procuratorial investigation has been reduced.Based on the change of the procuratorial organ’s direct filing and investigation power,it is necessary to continue the integrated case handling mode of procuratorial investigation to improve the efficiency and quality of handling cases,and help the procuratorial organ to improve the efficiency of legal supervision work.At present,procuratorial organs still face problems and obstacles in the process of investigating duty crimes of judicial staff,mainly including incomplete clue discovery and evaluation mechanism,weak investigation cooperation and connection cooperation,weak application of investigation technology and data,and insufficient turnover and training of investigators.To give full play to the advantages of integrated procuratorial investigation,solve the difficulties faced by procuratorial organs in the investigation of judicial staff duty crimes,and to achieve the goal of punishing and cracking down on duty crimes,targeted measures can be taken from the aspects of organizational integration,operation mode integration,data sharing integration,technological means of handling cases,and specialization of investigators.
