1064 nm Nd:YAG激光3种模式治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及安全性观察

Efficacy and safety of fractional,long pulsed combined with Q-switch three patterns of 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser for the treatment of melasma

目的:探讨1064 nm Nd:YAG激光3种模式联合治疗黄褐斑临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取51例黄褐斑患者,予调Q1064 nm Nd:YAG激光点阵、长脉宽及调Q 3种模式联合治疗3次,每月1次,予治疗前、末次治疗后2个月行VISIA皮肤生理功能分析得出黄褐斑面积和严重指数(melasma area and severity index,MASI)评分、VISIA绝对分值,同时对术后不良反应进行记录。结果:治疗后MASI评分、VISIA绝对分值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。医生整体评价(PGA)10例(19.6%)明显改善;18例(35.3%)中度改善,未见明显不良反应。结论:点阵、长脉宽及调Q1064 nm Nd:YAG激光3种模式联合治疗黄褐斑安全有效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of three patterns 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser for the treatment of melasma.Methods:A total of 51 melasma patients were selected and were treated with fractional laser,long pulsed laser combined with Q-switch 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser for three sessions every month.All patients were given VISIA examinations before each treatment as well as two months after the final treatment.Melasma area,severity index(MASI)and VISIA values were measured;an adverse reaction was recorded.Results:The MASI and VISIA values were significantly reduce after treatment(P<0.05).Physician’s global assessment(PGA)showed that 10 cases(19.6%)were clinically significant improved,and 18 cases(35.3%)were clinically moderate improved.No obvious adverse reactions were seen after treatment.Conclusion:Fractional,long pulsed laser combined with Q-switch 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser for the treatment of melasma is safe and effective.
