Bronchogenic cyst misdiagnosed as epidermoid cyst: a case report

患儿女,7岁。颈部囊肿6年。皮肤科检查:颈部右侧类圆形淡红色囊肿。皮损组织病理检查:真皮可见多个散在分布的囊肿结构,囊肿内衬可见纤毛,周围复层柱状上皮细胞,少量淋巴细胞浸润,可见散在杯状细胞。诊断:皮肤支气管源性囊肿。

A 7-year-old girl had a cyst on her neck for 6 years.Dermatological examination showed a rounded reddish cyst,measuring 0.5 cm×0.5 cm in size,on the right side of the neck near the clavicle.Histological examination showed that multiple cystic structures in the dermis.The cyst is lined with columnar epithelial cells.Cilia and goblet cells are noted.A patchy lymphocytes infiltrate is noted in the dermis.A final diagnosis is bronchogenic cyst of the skin.
