摘要
为了实现车身轻量化,同时使斜头管兼具良好的成形性能和优异的力学性能,研究了铝合金斜头管的挤压铸造成形工艺。结果表明,浇注温度为710℃、三阶段压射速度分别为200、90、150 mm/s、模具温度为250℃、局部挤压延迟时间为2.5 s、局部挤压保压时间为25 s时,生产的斜头管铸件外形完好,内部无明显缺陷。对斜头管铸件进行T6热处理(固溶处理535℃×8 h,时效处理180℃×4 h),其抗拉强度为318.4 MPa,屈服强度为269.5 MPa,伸长率为12.95%,满足产品设计需求。
In order to achieve lightweight construction and simultaneously ensure desirable formability and excellent mechanical performance of the inclined tube,the squeeze casting process of aluminum alloy inclined tube was explored.The results indicate that with the casting temperature of 710℃,three-stage injection speeds of 200、90、150 mm/s,mold temperature of 250℃,local extrusion delay time of 2.5 s,and local extrusion holding time of 25 s,the produced inclined tube exhibits perfect external shape without obvious internally defects.After T6 heat treatment(solution treatment for 535℃×8 h,aging treatment for 180℃×4 h),the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the inclined tube reach 318.4 MPa,269.5 MPa,and 12.95%,respectively,meeting requirements of product design.
