“当然愿意”构式的语用修辞研究

A pragma-rhetorical study on the construction of“Dangran Yuanyi”

情态是一种重要的语法范畴,但在汉语中关于意愿情态的研究相对较少。根据BCC、CCL、MLC和微信平台中的语料,借助Halliday三大元功能和Hyland两类元话语的理论视角,探究了与不同逻辑语篇、不同主语共现的“当然愿意”构式的语篇和人际修辞效果。研究发现:(1)不同逻辑语篇中“当然愿意”构式具有以非直接愿意为主的语篇特点,扮演着委婉拒绝的人际功能。(2)与“当然愿意”构式共现的高频主语是第一人称,体现说者意识,彰显主体性;同时,与第三人称和名词主语共现时又体现主体间性,但总体而言主体性更凸显。

Modality is an important grammatical category,but there is relatively little research on the willing modality in Chinese.Based on the data from BCC,CCL,MLC and WeChat platforms,and from the theoretical perspective of Halliday’s three metafunctions and Hyland’s two types of metadiscourse,this study explores the textual and interpersonal rhetorical effects of the“Dangran Yuanyi”structure co-occurring with different logical contexts and different subjects.The findings are as follows:a.The construction“Dangran Yuanyi”in different logical contexts is characterized by indirect will,which plays the interpersonal function of a euphemism;b.The high-frequency subject co-occurred with the construction“Dangran Yuanyi”is the first person,reflecting the speaker’s consciousness and subjectivity;At the same time,the coexistence with the third-person pronoun and the noun subject reflects intersubjectivity,but generally speaking,the subjectivity is more prominent.
