Research Progress on Host Factor Required of Alpha⁃coronavirus Invasion

属冠状病毒包含众多对畜牧业存在重大威胁的成员,如猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、猪流行性腹泻病毒、猫传染性腹膜炎病毒等。病毒识别细胞表面的受体是感染宿主的第一步。因此,探索冠状病毒感染机制对了解病毒的组织嗜性和宿主谱具有重要意义。本文系统总结了近年来α属冠状病毒入侵宿主所需的受体和其它辅助性宿主因子的作用机理。

The genusα‐coronavirus contains many members that pose a significant threat to animal husbandry,such as porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,porcine infectious gastroenteritis virus,feline infectious peritonitis virus,etc.The first step on infecting the host is to recognize receptors on the cell surface.Therefore,the analysis of the mechanisms of coronavirus invasion is of great significance for understanding the viral host spectrum and tissue tropism.This paper systematically summarizes the mechanisms of action of receptors and other co‐factors required byα‐coronaviruses to invade hosts in recent years.
