摘要
人才作为新质生产力的主体要素,是我国经济高质量发展和区域竞争力提升的核心资源,海外柔性引才为用人单位提供了人才智力聚集的新路径。基于计划行为理论,对海外人才柔性归国就业意愿的影响因素展开探究,在此基础上进一步探索社会支持和社会认同对海外人才柔性归国信念与就业意愿之间的中介作用。研究发现:态度信念、规范信念和控制信念正向影响海外人才柔性归国就业意愿;社会支持和社会认同在信念与就业意向之间起中介作用。
As the main element of new quality productive forces,talents are the core resources for China's high-quality economic development and the promotion of regional competitiveness.Based on the theory of planned behavior,this study explores the influencing factors of overseas talents'flexible returning employment intention,and further explores the mediating effect of social support and social identity on the relationship be⁃tween overseas talents'flexible returning belief and employment intention.The results show that:Attitude be⁃lief,normative belief and control belief positively affect overseas talents'flexible return employment intention.Social support and social identity partially mediate the relationship between beliefs and employment intentions.
