摘要
检测了应用于桑园子黄河大桥的10.9S级耐候钢螺栓连接接头的力学性能和抗延迟断裂性能。对Q370qENH耐候桥梁钢板(被连接材料)和耐候钢螺栓进行了周期性浸润加速腐蚀试验,分析了锈层的形态和腐蚀产物的物相。结果表明:10.9S级耐候钢螺栓连接接头的力学性能满足国标要求,以0.85的加载系数恒载荷拉伸试验100 h的缺口试样未断裂,符合要求;耐候钢螺栓的耐蚀性能略优于Q370qENH耐候桥梁钢板,两者的相对腐蚀速率为6.1%,10.9S级耐候钢螺栓与被连接材料发生电偶腐蚀的风险较小。
Mechanical properties and delayed fracture resistance of 10.9S grade weatherproof steel bolt joint used in Sangyuanzi Yellow River Bridge were tested.The corrosion test accelerated by periodic wetting were performed on Q370qENH weatherproof bridge steel plate(connected material)and weatherproof steel bolts,and the form of rust layer and the phase of corrosion products were analyzed.The results showed that(a)the mechanical properties of the 10.9S grade weatherproof steel bolt joint met the requirements of national standard,and the notched specimen did not fracture under constant-load tensile testing for 100 h at loading coefficient of 0.85,conforming with the requirement;and(b)the weatherproof steel bolt was slightly superior to Q370qENH weatherproof steel bridge steel plate in corrosion resistance,and their relative corrosion rate was 6.1%,with the risk of occurrence of couple corrosion between the 10.9S grade weatherproof steel bolt and the connected material being less.
