Design and Application of Online Monitoring System for Key Equipment in Concentrating Plant

选矿厂关键设备是指在选矿流程工序中的单一关键设备,它具有负荷高、出故障影响大、对产品质量能起决定作用等特点。因此,在选矿生产过程中,对关键设备应该重点关注,在管理上应该设立明显的标牌,说明设备连续安全运行天数,维护实行专机、专责制,在技术上加强在线监测系统的开发。本文针对选矿厂常用的关键设备如破碎机、精选柱等提出了一些在线监测的手段,以防止设备出现异常时损失扩大化,提高选矿过程的工艺参数指标。

The key equipment in concentrating Plant means a single key equipment in the concentrating process,which has the characteristics of high load,significant impact,and can play a decisive role in product quality.Therefore,in the concentrating process,the key equipment should be given special attention,and signs should be set up in management to indicate the number of consecutive operation days.The development of online monitoring systems should be strengthened in technology.This article proposes some online monitoring methods for key equipment commonly used in mineral processing plants,such as crushers and concentrating column,to prevent loss expansion.At the same time,it can improve the parameter of the concentrating process.
