摘要
从原燃料质量、操作制度、管理制度等维度分析某1800m^(3)高炉高冶强稳定顺行的冶炼技术。分析得出,严控原燃料质量数值在管控范围内,避免入炉品位、化学成分的波动对炉况顺行的影响;量化操作,依据布料模型等对操作参数合理性进行动态调控,提高经济技术指标;管理标准化,对槽下、炉前作业、设备维护进行标准化管理,降低外部条件对生产稳定的影响。
The stable and progressive smelting technology of a 1800m^(3) blast furnace is analyzed from the dimensions of raw fuel quality,operation system and management system.The analysis shows that the raw fuel quality is strictly controlled to avoid the influence of the fluctuation of furnace grade and chemical composition on the furnace condition;quantitative operation,dynamically adjusting the rationality of operating parameters based on mechanism models such as charging models,and improving economic and technical indicators;standardizing the management,standardizing the trough and furnace operation and equipment maintenance,so as to reduce the influence of external conditions on production stability.
