精神专科护士心理急救能力现状及影响因素分析

Current Situation of Psychological First Aid Capability of Psychiatric Nurses and Analysis of the Influencing Factors

目的了解精神专科护士的心理急救能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年3月至2023年10月于四川大学华西医院心理卫生中心接受精神专科护士培训的212名精神专科护士为研究对象,采用心理急救知识问卷、心理急救能力问卷、一般自我效能感问卷和心理弹性问卷对其进行调查分析。结果精神专科护士心理急救知识得分为(2.77±1.20)分,心理急救能力得分为(46.28±9.01)分。不同文化程度的精神专科护士心理急救知识得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同文化程度、工龄、职称以及是否参加过心理急救培训专科护士的心理急救能力得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精神专科护士心理急救能力得分与年龄、工龄、是否接受过心理急救培训、心理急救知识得分、一般自我效能感和心理弹性呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论精神专科护士心理急救能力有待提高,年龄、工龄、心理急救知识、自我效能和心理弹性是心理急救能力的相关影响因素。

Objective To understand the current status of psychological first aid capability of psychiatric nurses,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A survey was conducted on 212 psychiatric nurses who received training in the Mental Health Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from March 2022 to October 2023.Psychological First Aid Knowledge Questionnaire,Psychological First Aid Performance Competence Questionnaire,General Self-Efficacy Scale,and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were used for the survey.Results The score of psychological first aid knowledge was(2.77±1.20),and the score of psychological first aid performance competence was(46.28±9.01).The differences in psychological first aid knowledge scores among psychiatric nurses with different education levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in psychological first aid performance competence scores among psychiatric nurses with different education levels,years of service,titles,and whether they have participated in psychological first aid training were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological first aid performance competence of psychiatric nurses were correlated with age,years of service,whether they had received psychological first aid training,scores of psychological first aid knowledge,general self-efficacy,and psychological resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological first aid capability of psychiatric nurses still needs to be improved,and age,years of service,psychological first aid knowledge,self-efficacy,and psychological resilience are the related influencing factors.
