Torch bearers pass the flame during the torch relay of China's 14th National Winter Games in Hulun Buir,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,on February3.The games,which will take place in Hulun Buir from February 17 to 27,will be the largest ever of its kind,with more than 3,700 athletes participating.Originally scheduled to be held in 2020,the event was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
