摘要
在连续重整装置运行期间,产生的液化气一旦硫含量过高,不仅将导致副产物质量不佳,还将影响装置整体运行效果。以某项目为例,对液化气硫含量高的原因展开分析,在确定液化气硫来源的基础上,结合工艺流程判断影响硫含量的因素,逐一完成进料硫含量、设备运行参数、换热器故障等原因排查,最终确定液化气硫含量超标与汽提塔换热器内漏有关,通过修复内漏和合理注入缓蚀剂成功降低了液化气硫含量,为装置可靠运行提供保障。
During the operation of the continuous reforming unit,if the sulfur content of the produced liquefied gas is too high,it will not only lead to poor quality of by-products,but also affect the overall operation effect of the unit.The article takes a certain project as an example to analyze the reasons for the high sulfur content in liquefied gas.Based on the determination of the sulfur source of liquefied gas,combined with the processflow to determine the factors affecting the sulfur content,the reasons for feed sulfur content,equipment operating parameters,and heat exchanger failures were investigated one by one.Finally,it was determined that the excessive sulfur content in liquefied gas was related to the internal leakage of the stripping tower heat exchanger.By repairing the internal leakage and injecting corrosion inhibitors reasonably,the sulfur content in liquefied gas was successfully reduced,Provide guarantees for the reliable operation of the device.
