抗裂嵌挤型水稳碎石基层施工技术应用研究

摘要 当前,我国高速公路半刚性基层路基占据主导地位,这种半刚性基层混合材料常会造成路面开裂进而造成严重的裂缝问题。因此,研究重点是如何有效防止和减少高速公路路基干燥收缩裂缝和温度收缩裂缝的出现。基于此,本文结合某高速公路改扩建工程段,深入探讨了抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石的设计方法和施工技术流程。对工程结束半年后的高速公路路基基层进行裂缝检查,检查结果显示基层强度符合工程要求,没有出现大面积的贯通干缩裂缝。检测结果充分说明抗裂嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石基层抗裂性能优异,解决了传统水泥稳定碎石基层开裂问题,值得广泛推广。 Currently,semi-rigid base roadbeds dominate in China's highways,and this type of semi-rigid base mixed material often causes pavement cracking and serious cracking problems.Therefore,the research focus is on how to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of dry shrinkage cracks and temperature shrinkage cracks in the roadbed of highways.Based on this,this article combines a certain highway renovation and expansion project section to deeply explore the design method and construction technology process of crack resistant embedded cement stabilized crushed stone.Six months after the completion of the project,a crack inspection was conducted on the roadbed base of the expressway.The inspection results showed that the strength of the base layer met the engineering requirements and there were no large-scale through shrinkage cracks.The test results fully demonstrate that the crack resistant embedded cement stabilized crushed stone base has excellent crack resistance performance,solving the problem of cracking in traditional cement stabilized crushed stone base,and is worthy of widespread promotion.
