内燃机车主发电机焊接风扇故障分析及改进

摘要 以HXN3型内燃机车主发电机焊接风扇为研究对象,通过数值仿真与试验相结合的方法分析其焊缝裂纹产生的原因。首先采用有限元方法对电机焊接风扇进行了不同工况下的应力水平计算及结构强度评价;接着根据仿真结果制定试验方案,研究焊接变形对风扇疲劳寿命的影响;最后结合仿真与试验结果确定故障原因,提出了改进方案并进行验证。研究结果表明:风扇结构偏心会显著增大风扇焊缝处的应力,降低风扇疲劳寿命;由焊接导致的风扇变形在安装后会产生初始平均应力,对风扇疲劳寿命产生影响。 It takes the failure welded fan on HXN3 diesel locomotive main alternator as the research object,and its failure mechanism is revealed by means of numerical simulation and experimental test.Firstly,the finite element method is used to calculate the stress level and evaluate the structural strength of the welded fan under different working conditions.Then,the test scheme is formulated according to the simulation results to study the influence of welding deformation on the fatigue life of the fan.Finally,the failure cause is determined combined with simulation and test results.The improvement scheme is proposed and verified.The results show that the eccentricity of fan structure and large deformation after welding are the reasons for the failure.Eccentricity will significantly increase the fatigue stress level at the weld seam and reduce the fatigue life of the fan.The fan deformation caused by welding will produce initial average stress during mounting.Initial average stress will influence the fan fatigue life.The smaller the welding deformation is,the higher the fatigue life is.
