摘要
随着我国城市化的发展和人类的不断活动,生活污水、工业废水排放量显著增加,城市中的河湖作为污水的主要受纳体而不断受到污染。城市小流域作为连接城市河湖的基础网络,其水系分布广泛、连接复杂,污染源种类繁多,极易形成黑臭状态,从而影响人类的正常生活。文章分析了现有黑臭水体的治理措施及措施的利弊,以宣城市城市内河小流域黑臭水体治理工程为例,基于工程流域现状及工程目标,从清淤工程、截污工程、引水工程及生态修复工程方面系统地介绍了城市内河小流域黑臭水体治理的实际工程应用,以期为其他黑臭水体的工程治理提供方法依据。
With the development of urbanization and continuous human activities in China,the discharge of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater has increased significantly.As the main acceptor of sewage,rivers and lakes in cities have been continuously polluted.As the basic network connecting rivers and lakes in cities,small urban basins have wide distribution of water systems,complex connections and a wide variety of pollution sources,which are easy to form black and smelly conditions.Thus affecting the normal life of human beings.This paper analyzes the existing black and smelly water control measures and their advantages and disadvantages.Taking the black and smelly water control project of Xuancheng City inner river basin as an example,based on the current situation and project objectives of the project basin,the practical engineering application of black and smelly water control in inner river basin is systematically introduced from the aspects of silt removal project,pollution interception project,water diversion project and ecological restoration project.In order to provide method basis for engineering treatment of other black and odorous water bodies.
