摘要
母线保护对系统安全、稳定运行至关重要,一旦投入运行,就很难有全面停电的计划进行校验。现有母线保护装置更换工作模式需要轮停开展停电传动及回路验证,占用大量停电窗口,导致方式检修安排困难、改造周期长。探索了一种双套220 kV母差失灵保护改造中不停电改造的方式,通过细化改造前技术方案,确保二次回路按原跳闸、启动失灵回路接入,采取2套均不停电的改造方法,大大缩短整体改造周期。
Busbar protection is critical to the safe and stable operation of the system,and once it is put into operation,it is difficult to have a comprehensive outage plan for calibration.The existing busbar protection device replacement work mode needs to be rotated to carry out outage transmission and circuit verification,taking up a large number of outage windows,leading to difficulties in arranging mode maintenance and long transformation cycle.Explored a double-set 220KV mother differential failure protection retrofit in a non-stop power conversion,through the refinement of the transformation of the technical program,to ensure that the secondary circuit according to the original tripping,start-up malfunction circuit access,to take 2 sets of non-stop transformation method,greatly reducing the overall transformation cycle.
