摘要
为满足180~420 V高压输入和高直流降压比的要求,设计高压宽范围输入小功率隔离降压型小体积电源。分析反激变换器的工作原理,并结合模态比较反激变换器在不同工作模式下的输出电压增益特性,使实验样机在全负载范围内工作于断续模式。在恶劣的输入条件下,依据电磁感应定律和安培环路定律设计反激变压器,根据临界导电模式的特点确定变压器的变比。根据环路补偿准则,对反激变换器小信号建模,并设计补偿器,成功研制出一台高精度小型化的实验样机。
In order to meet the requirements of high voltage input of 180~420 V and high DC step-down ratio,a small-volume isolated step-down power supply with high voltage and wide range input and low power is designed.The working principle of flyback converter is analyzed,and the output voltage gain characteristics of flyback converter in different working modes are compared with modes,so that the experimental prototype works in intermittent mode in the full load range.Under the harsh input conditions,the flyback transformer is designed according to the law of electromagnetic induction and ampere loop,and the transformation ratio of the transformer is determined according to the characteristics of critical conduction mode.According to the loop compensation criterion,the small signal model of flyback converter is established,and the compensator is designed,and a high-precision miniaturized experimental prototype is successfully developed.
