基于专利的元宇宙技术发展现状及竞争态势分析

摘要 文章以德温特专利数据作为分析数据源,从技术生命周期、热点技术、核心技术三个方面对元宇宙技术发展现状进行阐述,对比分析主要竞争国家专利申请数量和专利布局、研发主体专利申请数量及综合竞争地位,并根据研究结论就我国如何发展元宇宙技术提出对策建议。研究结果显示:目前元宇宙技术发展处于快速成长期;热点技术包括数据处理及数据识别类、信息通信类和系统及装置类等;核心技术包括虚拟现实、增强现实、游戏、三维及信息系统等;我国属于技术活跃者,专利活动最高,专利质量不及美国和日本,核心专利申请数量较少,同时专利国际范围较小。分析元宇宙技术发展现状及竞争态势对于国家制定相关产业政策及相关企业进行专利布局具有重要意义。 Taking Derwent patent data as the data source for analysis,this paper first elaborates the development status of metaverse technology from three aspects:technology life cycle,hot technology,and core technology,and then compares and analyzes the number of patent applications and patent layout in major competitive countries,the number of patent applications of R&D entities,and the comprehensive competitive position,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop the metaverse in China according to the research conclusions.Studies show that the current stage of metaverse technology development is in a period of rapid growth;hot technologies include data processing and data identification,information communication,systems and devices,etc.;core technologies include virtual reality,augmented reality,games,3D and information systems;China is technologically active,with the highest patent activity,but the quality of patents is not as good as that of the United States and Japan;the number of core patent applications is small,and the international scope of patents is small.The analysis about metaverse technological development status and competitive situation is of great significance for the national formulation of relevant industrial policies and the patent layout of relevant enterprises.
