高校图书馆参与大学生健康信息素养教育探析——以上海市13所“双一流”高校为例

摘要 随着医疗卫生水平的提高以及后疫情时代的到来,公众尤其是大学生对健康信息的需求不断攀升。文章通过对上海市13所“双一流”高校图书馆参与健康信息素养教育的现状调研,发现目前我国高校图书馆的健康信息素养教育体系并未形成,对健康信息素养教育的理解和实践层次都较浅、纵深拓展不足,学科馆员的优势没有完全发挥,针对健康信息素养水平的评估机制也不完善。在“健康中国”的背景下,高校图书馆亟需加速向以用户需求为中心的模式变革,优化健康馆藏资源结构,完善健康馆员培育体系,寻求多方教育合作伙伴,掌握更多的话语权,共建健康信息素养教育体系,培养大学生健康生活方式,进而辐射整个社会的科学健康理念。 With the improvement of medical and health standards and the advent of the post-epidemic era,the public,especially college students,have an increasing demand for health information.By investigating the status quo of 13“double first-class”university libraries participation in health information literacy education in Shanghai,it can be concluded that the current health information literacy education system of Chinese university libraries has not been formed,the understanding and practice level of health information literacy education are shallow,the depth of expansion is insufficient,and the advantages of subject librarians have not been fully utilized.The mechanisms for assessing the level of health information literacy are also inadequate.Under the background of“Healthy China”,university libraries are in urgent need of accelerating the transformation to the user demand-centered mode,optimizing the structure of health collection resources,perfecting the cultivation system of health librarians,seeking multiple educational partners,mastering more discourse power,building a health information literacy education system,and cultivating the healthy lifestyle of college students,thus spreading the scientific health concept to the whole society.
