通过文资料、访谈和逻辑分析等方法,梳理了福建省老年人体育发展实践成果,总结经验并提出启示。福建省多项老年人体育创新举措得到国家层面肯定,取得了显著成效。实践经验:制定精准政策文件,发挥政策的引领作用;推动体育组织发展、创新体育人才培养模式;探索老年人体育行动方案,激发各层面活力;扩大老年体育场地供给;推动体育活动多样化。对老年人体育高质量发展的启示:制定切实可行的适合本地的政策文件;坚持“多规协同”,探索体育场地建设和供给新机制;发挥党建引领老年人体育组织作用,创新体育指导人才培养机制;制定具有综合功能的老年人体育行动方案。

Through methods such as literature review,interviews,and logical analysis,this paper summarizes the practical achievements of sports development for the elderly in Fujian Province,summarizes the experience,and proposes inspirations.Several innovative sports measures for the elderly in Fujian Province have been recognized at the national level and have achieved significant results。Practical experience:Developing precise policy documents and leveraging the leading role of policies;Promote the development of sports organizations and innovate sports talent training models;Explore sports action plans for the elderly and stimulate vitality at all levels;Expand the supply of elderly sports venues;Promote diversification of sports activities.Inspiration for the high-quality development of sports for the elderly:formulating practical and feasible policy documents that are suitable for the local area;Adhere to"multi planning coordina1tion"and explore new mechanisms for the construction and supply of sports venues;Give full play to the role of Party building in leading sports organizations for the elderly,and innovate the mechanism of sports guiding talent cultivation;Develop a comprehensive sports action plan for the elderly with comprehensive functions.
