Motivation,Challenge and Countermeasures of PE Teachers'Transformation Under the Background of Education Digitization

教育数字化共识促使学校体育数字化革新持续加速,意味着推进教育数字化背景下体育教师的转型,发展体育教师数字化教学能力成为时代所需。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对教育数字化背景下我国体育教师转型的动因、挑战及应对进行分析。认为,数字中国战略实现、学生数字素养培育、学校体育数字治理是促成教育数字化背景下体育教师转型的重要动因。但是,当下理念“认同感”淡薄、平台“落差感”凸显、制度“保障感”赢弱、育人“危机感”加强、成果“获得感”式微桎梏教育数字化背景下体育教师的转型。促成教育数字化背景下体育教师转型,需要从职前培训、政策设计、平台搭建、伦理遵守、成果应用维度精准化确定相关举措,从而为其转型的有效治理提供思路借鉴与参考。

The consensus of education digitization promotes the continuous acceleration of school physical education digitization innovation,which means that it is necessary to promote the transformation of physical education teachers under the background of education digitization and develop the digital teaching ability of physical education teachers.By using the method of literature and logic analysis,this paper analyzes the motivation,challenges and countermeasures of the transformation of PE teachers in China under the background of education digitization.It is believed that the realization of digital China strategy,the cultivation of students'digital literacy and the digital governance of school sports are the important factors to promote the transformation of physical education teachers under the background of digital education.However,the current concept of"sense of identity"is weak,the platform"sense of gap"is prominent,the system"sense of security"is weak,the education"sense of crisis"is strengthened,and the achievement"sense of gain"is weakened under the background of digital education.To promote the transformation of physical education teachers under the background of digital education,relevant measures need to be accurately determined from the dimensions of pre-service training,policy design,platform construction,ethical compliance,and application of results,so as to provide ideas and references for effective governance of their transformation.
