卫星指向式双通道遥感相机设计与验证

摘要 提出一种指向式双通道卫星遥感相机设计,将大范围指向镜和双通道焦面组件相结合,可实现可视范围超1000 km的多光谱成像功能。指向镜的镜头采用大口径高轻量化设计,具备良好的成像稳定性和抗力学性能。机构部分采用高精度驱动单元和精密测角装置,能保证视轴在大范围转动过程中的精确指向。焦面组件采用双通道楔板分光设计,实现9个谱段的高精度配准,保证相机图像融合的质量;光机结构优化设计实现相机的高稳定性。地面环境试验表明:相机具有较高的指向精度、良好的稳定性和环境适应性。 A design for a pointing dual-channel satellite remote sensing camera is presented.The multi-spectral imaging function,providing a viewing range of over 1000 kilometers,is achieved by combining a large-range pointing mirror and a dual-channel focal plane module.The pointing mirror is characterized with a large-aperture and super lightweight design,ensuring good imaging stability and mechanical properties.The pointing mechanism incorporates a high-precision driving unit and a precision angle-measuring device to ensure precise visual axis pointing during large-scale rotation.The focal-plane component is designed with a double-channel wedge lens splitting,enabling high-precision matching of nine spectral bands and ensuring the quality of camera image fusion.The high stability of the camera is realized through the design of the opto-mechanical structure.Environmental tests demonstrate that the camera exhibits high pointing accuracy,excellent stability and environmental adaptability.
